In India, people tend to buy in the auspicious time of Akshaya Tritiya or Gudi Padwa, as it is considered a good time to invest, and property exhibitions held during these festive season do well as the real estate market shows an upward trend.

On top of it, the discount offered by the developers is substantial and for a limited period, it creates an element of urgency for a quick decision and this could also result in bookings to cash in on the offer. Moreover, if there is any new launch that coincides with the exhibition, then there could be a possibility of bulk booking also.

The real estate sector claims that property exhibitions works as a sales driver and the sales figure grows during such fest and they are definitely a powerful brand driver for realty sector.
