New Delhi: The city’s real estate market seems to be very demanding due to affordable housing schemes in major parts of the city offering 3-4 BHK apartments at Rs 25-45 lakhs.
In City like Delhi-Apartments, flats, villas and penthouses are available at affordable prices in various areas of NCR and Ghaziabad. This kind of affordability is mostly launched by the National Building Construction Corporation (NBCC) due to the down turn in the economic market which has hampered private builders and developers.
Various amenities will be offered under this scheme along with 1,300 houses in areas like Gurgaon, Ghaziabad and Noida at best possible rates.
Apart from such schemes, developers like DLF, Supertech, Parsvnath, etc. are also offering houses at affordable rates where 2 – 3 BHK flats cost between Rs.30-45 lakhs. Though, it’s a bit more compared to the scheme that of NBCC since the apartments are constructed by private developers and builders in Delhi.
Even the Dwarka Mode real estate projects are offering at affordable costs in terms of 1, 2, 3 & 4 BHK houses. Such project offers a comfortable living along with all possible amenities required for the buyers and residents.
Since, New Delhi is fast emerging as the commercial hub of the country, many IT, ITes, SEZ, governmental and NGOs seems to be flooded in the city due to which demand for realty market upsurges. But high prices of houses seem to demoralise the realty market due to which it faces an economic downturn. Thus, in order to boost up the realty market various schemes are launched due to which houses turns to be cheaper and available at affordable rates.
Delhi Real estate is demanding, so once a property is bought; it can be very much profitable to sell it latter when prices go high. So, it is wise enough to purchase houses when it is affordable in the market.
